Right. Soon to be mixing up my MeatLoafBurger Patties. If you ever get the chance, or wanna try a great mix, I highly suggest it.
1.5 Pounds 70/30 ground beef + 1 pound, good quality (I prefer spicier) ground pork sausage,
a few tablespoons worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce..depending on your taste),
1/3rd. cup A-1 Sauce,
Fine diced onions, fine chopped celery, (1/2cup ea.)
Salt and pepper to taste (if you use Soy sauce, remember it's salty...),
2 egg yokes,
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs..
Mix...
Form desired size patties...
Cook until 170deg F....
Eat.
